Problem with Pictures

Bob,

Didn't use the shortcut -- what I did was create the picture, and use the
name of the created picture inside of quote marks....and got the error
message.

Using the shortcut, as I understand it, would allow the reader to click and
see the picture in a new window or replace the current one.  I wanted to use
the picture as an illustration beside the narrative.

Check the Shortcuts page in the Editor's menu -  sometimes the shortcut
you think is assigned is not the shortcut you need to use...
