To anyone who might have advice on this -- some more data.

1. I post to my Manila site in the same way Doc does, using Radio's
outliner.

2. My Manila site is on the same server as Doc's.

3. I sometimes get an error, but nothing like what Doc sees. Maybe 1 error
in 100 saves.
