I had a similar thing happen to me--not sure if it was caused by the same
actions.  See http://manilanewbies.userland.com/discuss/msgReader$6357 for
what worked for me.  I had accidentally deleted the Story that was the Home
Page and screwed up the Site Structure, which Manilla doesn't take kindly
to...
