tcp connection error

It sounds to me like the machine never had port forwarding restarted.   
On os x you generally need to forward port 80 to a port that Frontier 
is allowed to run (In os x apps not running as root are restricted to 
listening on ports above 1024) usually 8000 or 8080.  So you need to 
turn on port forwarding again.  There are a few ways to do this see the
