I suggest you might want to take a look at what is offered by Plug Ins and=
=20
Search Engines.
I have listed some that I encountered at
http://radio.weblogs.com/0107846/stories/2002/09/03/enhancedRadioTools.html
but I not know the ins and outs of each

You might also check out my documentation directory
http://radio.weblogs.com/0107846/stories/2002/08/23/radioDocSources.html
since some of those folks also have directories of Manila resources

Here is cut/paste one of the entries from there which may be worth you=20
pursuing further

Emmanuel Decarie
=B7 =B7 This guy is offering an e-commerce Inventory Application=
=20
using Frontier and Radio Userland. Documentation is in French and in=20
English. He also has an early warning system. If your Frontier Server goes=
=20
down, it will still manage to call home via e-mail, which presumably some=20
people can convert to notify people via pager or IM or some other=20
communication method. You can read his DocServer2Man via Unix. He has=20
Frontier documentation. He has instructions how to do Manila in Chinese. Do=
=20
you believe =B7 this guy? Wow!

My tools directory is for Radio and those that are generic any blog software
http://radio.weblogs.com/0107846/stories/2002/10/03/blogSoftware.html
Ideally you store your data base on your web site in such a way that you=20
can use a search engine against that data base.
