Bulletins don't get send to subscribers list

I have tried to send a bulletin to the list of subscribers on my manila
site.

But the only guy receiving the message is me (I am on the list too).

I can't see if my subscribers said they DON'T want to receive mesages, but I
imagine that out of 20 at least some did want messages.

My access to the list is rather restricted  (which is OK), but I can't
really test things very well this way...
