Rescheduling tasks

Recenlty upgraded to 9.0.1.

I notice a small change in  - the automatic rescheduling of tasks at startup brings a set of dialogs to the front on start up asking if each task should be run (if restart occurs after the scheduled time of that task - say because Frontier crashed prior to a scheduled task).

I can't find a preference to turn that off and just have the tasks automatically rescheduled as the difference between tasktime and minutesBetweenRuns (as happened in previous versions)
