Regarding Named Anchors, Bookmarks and Relative Links in Manila

I got this error also on a site where the WYSIWYG editor was active. Another site I edit has the NONE editor enabled ... just a plain textbox for adding code or no code. Then the
site/discuss/edit/editInBrowser$35#ae
URL does not change with Post Changes button.
