All the 9.5 parts should have been released by the root updates system.

You could just try restoring the 9.1b4 backup folder.

Copy in the new Frontier 9.5 application file.

Launch that and then ensure all your root files (include prefs.root, mainResponder.root, manila.root and Frontier.root) are up to date.
