Can you checking the Settings page in the Admin site. Is the box for "Allow server administrators to access any site on the server with Managing Editor privileges." checked on the Manila: Preferences settings page?

Also, are you accessing the Admin site at the same domain name as domain used for your sites.

eg if you sites are at http://www.mysite.com/ are you accessing the Admin site at http://www.mysite.com:5336/
