You can create a new .root file from the File->New Database menu and copy the xxxManilaWebsite table from the corresponding manilaWebsites.root file. The only difference between this version and the mySite.root file is that the membership information would be exported. Note: Copying tables with a large amount of data in them can take a while to complete.
