New Message: Using my EditThisPage backup?

I have the .fttb from my old EditThisPage, and I'm trying to figure out how to get my old content out of it, or at least view the site in my browser.

I dragged the file to the Frontier icon and opened it up... I can't find my old posts anywhere in it... and have no clue what to do with it next.

Any help? Reference URLs?
