You also might try jettisoning the config.manila.stats.referers table and then try another Save a Copy. Since this table is written to frequently, it might be a likely culprit... though I would then follow David's suggestion of using the Export command, when you get a corrupted value it will display an error dialog with the address that you'll need to jettison.
