Say I have a Manila site "www.mygoodness.org" and a Manila site "www.myjoy.org". The site "www.myjoy.org" has a category in its site structure name "mygoodness". Now, because "mygoodness" is in the list of manila sites (in config.root), mainresponder tries to serve "www.myjoy.org/mygoodness/" from "www.mygoodness.org".

I wonder if this is standard behavior. If so it should not.
