Ooh, an insightful question. It actually took more dickering to check this, because from Eric's template, only the localhost was allowed to get through to Frontier - the firewall and everything else blocked Frontier's Web server port from even direct access on the local subnet.

Once I cleared that, I find that accessing the brokensite's XML feed directly from Frontier's Web server returns the correct feed. Accessing it on port 80, forwarded to Frontier's port (8100 so it doesn't require root access), returns the wrong site - a different one now than when I originally posted.

That seems to point to Apache configuration problems, but I still don't know what I've done. :-(
