These bugs have to the best of my knowledge, all been addressed in the current Manila Beta [1] (actually in 9.6b1 [2]), and will be released through root updates when 9.6 comes out.

Note: I've also posted a link to this message from the other thread, so if anyone is following over there, they'll also learn about the fixes.
