On the Admin site, you should locate the name of the Manila site table from the Manage site page for the site.

Then enter in that name.. eg. testManilaWebsite in the Jump command.

Then you just have to expand the #membershipGroup and then users sub-tables.. Then the table for the user and then bulletins..
