Major Static Rendering Errors

I'm dismayed. My "beautiful" site gets destroyed when I static render  
it.

#1 - Something is inserting  a <br> in my nav items making the words  
wrap.

#2 - The settings for "Advanced: Navigation Appearance: Current item  
format"
  and not getting carried through the render process.

  are not working in the render -   http://www.jccservices.com/test06/

   ( dotHTML is improperly added after the anchor tag. )
