I'm taking a job overseas and am antisipating that I wont have very good internet access. I want to download the docserver as well as the manila macros documentation. I've tried programs like web devil (OS X) but they dont seem to want to work on a manila site.

Is there a static rendered version somewhere I could get my hands on?
