It finally finished at about 1pm this afternoon -- was running since 7:30am... it said it completed 391 updates?...
it's still using 750MB ram, but I'll take it as long as it's running.

The ManilaWebsites.root is 1,956,632KB
we have about 700 diffrent manila website and we recieve about 2,000 visits per day.
