Hi Matt,

I've fixed this bug in the 9.6 beta. The line that needed to be un-indented is actually the one after the one you pointed out.

As for a preference for using anchor URLs or not, it's actually a little more complicated, because we can't necessarily be certain that a news item will be accessible via the discussion group. I'll look into this a bit more.
