Try the following.

1) on the server, in Frontier, open the root that contains curlykoa webisite; highlight the table entry called curlykoamanilawebsite. From the server menu choose uninstall site. Use the admin website to confirm that it is no longer a known website.

2) with the same table highlighted, from the menu choose install Site. Make sure the url it shows is http://curlykoa.com/ before clicking OK.

Does that solve the problem?
