The membership group is usually saved to the #membershipGroup sub-table of your Manila site table. If you share a membership group, it will usually point one Manila site membership group to another existing membership group table on another Manila site.

If you know the Manila site table names and you go back to the original Manila install, you can choose Window->members.root. If you scroll down and find those two entries, I would try grabbing the path to the membership group under the Values column and post those values here.

So if you had a site called testManilaWebsite the members.root entry would be called: testMembers

And the value would be similar to this:

@["C:\\Manila 96\\Guest Databases\\www\\manilaWebsites.root"].testManilaWebsite.["#membershipGroup"]
