If the site isn't too large (not over 1000 messages in the discussion group) you would probably want to move the site into it's own Guest Database from the Manage Site page, send them the file.

They can save the file into the /Guest Databases/www/ folder, choose File->Open in the Frontier application window to open the file and the select the Manila site table and choose Server->Install Site and set the new URL.
