New Message: Move the New File link?

A small suggestion... On the pictures, stories pages the link to create a new object has been moved to the top of the list of existing objects. This is a Good Thing.

On the Files page, the Create New File link is still at the bottom. Moving it to the top would also be a Good Thing.
