In my brief testing today, I've determined that this issue occurs on my recently-created test site whenever I choose the "WPS Sound Waves Purple" theme. I'm unsure when and how this theme became unusable, but I would like to find out how to fix it. Basic details of the theme include:

 * Created by Joe Frichtl on 10/9/02; 4:22:35 PM. (Joe was one of my predecessors.)
 * Customized from soundwavespurple from Bryan Bell. (Waukegan Public Schools logos were added.)
