I just checked that, but it already has a Content-Type of "video/x-ms-wmv". It must get updated somewhere.

Upon further investigation, I believe the problem is fixed, but I am unable to see the fix due to a cache validation issue. (i.e. Manila reports to the district's web proxy that the file is unchanged.)
