Both of those values are set to "true" in the #newssite table of the blogstaging site, yet clearly, anyone can get into "friends.macjournals.com/blogstaging" right now, much though I really really don't want them to be able to.

The site is in its own .root file, and I can probably E-mail it to you if it would help (or make it available somehow).
