Our institution just moved to a new web template. We created a Manila version of the template to support our sites using manila. All seems to work well (CSS, includes, etc.)except the WYSIWYG tools no longer show up in manila.

I don't think there is a macro that calls the wysiwyg editor. Any insight from you theme-making gurus?
