A puzzling update to this? I fear the problem[s] are yet to be resolved.

I manage my server remotely from my home office. I usually administer the Manila/Frontier setup using the browser interface [i.e xxx.xx.xx.xx:5336 ]

I also, but more rarely, use Timbuktu to access the server directly the odd restart etc etc.

I have been away since mid October and have returned this week and began adding some new content to the site via the browser interface. All works perfectly, although I still experience the server crash when I add a news items for the first time in a session.. but this long running minor annoyance is for another day...

The current probelm I am having is that I am unable to access any of the ADMIN services either via browser or timbuktu.... The site is running and I can login as an editor and add content without trouble.

If I attempt to view the Admin page via xxx.xx.xx.xx:5336, I get a message saying server stopped responding??

If I atempt to use timbuktu, it also reports server not responding?

I know I am going to have to make the long trip to physically be at the server, but thought you might have some suggestions?

All these issues began when the 9.6 updates came through. I fear that there appears to be only a partial/incomplete update on my server?

Any suggestions appreciated.
