I have a school that is getting some weird behavior when logging in to and editing Manila pages. Below is the behavior he is experiencing.

 Frontier version: 9.5
 Operating System: Windows
 OS Version: 5.2.3790

1) Logins and Logouts are unreliable. It may say you are logged in already, but never display the editors menu, or it may say you are logged out but still show the editors menu on some pages.

2) Changes to page content are unreliable or extremely slow (20 minutes to appear on site). The editor window may or may not be populated with the page contents on opening. After you click the Post Changes button, the changes will not appear but if you edit the page right away again, they show up.
