I'm sure that Lawrence is fishing in the right area, that this isn't Frontier. It's a cache somewhere. Likely on your network, but possibly on your local machines.

Do you have anything in your final filers or #templates that add something like this?

It could also happen if you've several domain names pointing to the one site... Cookies can appear confused, as you'll log into one domain but try to edit another.
