Can Flock talk to Manila sites?

I tried to set up a Manila blog within Flock... but get error messages when I put in user and password. I guess Flock (like some other services) has a problem digesting an email adress as user.

In general, it might be a good idea to get rid of the "email-adress as user" format that Manila uses. I seem to run into problems with this with quite a few clients or Webservices...
