"There was an error sending the mail: Can't send mail because the connection to smtp.freeserve.com could not be opened: Can't open stream because TCP/IP error code 10060 - Connection timed out."

This does not seem to be a problem with Manila, more a problem at my end. Any thoughts?

This also stops new members from joining my sites! I can add comments fine (when logged on as a member), but cannot add new members either. All my sites are set as requiring membership before posting a comment due to the earlier SPAM issues.
