Great news! Lawrence did some more testing and fixed it. It works.

In Google Docs, your publishing settings should be

MetaWeblog API

URL - the server root address followed by /RPC2 - so in my case it's http://dl1.yukoncollege.yk.ca/RPC2 (Use the http:// )

Username is the name you log into your site with - I use my email address and the password I use for the site.

Blog ID/Title is the full URL to the blog - like http://dl1.yukoncollege.yk.ca/test

This will be great for the folks who like to write in a Word Processor and spell check and do all those kinds of things. Again, thank you Lawrence.
