the date setting on the /stories page is defaultly in (what I would term) American date format m/d/y ... I operate in a region where the format is DD/MM/YY or DD/MMM/YYYY etc ..

Can this be modified ?

if so where ? (i.e. is it a server wide thing I would need to change ?)
