Posting news on other pages

Hi,

 

I am a new Manila user and I ma just in the process of getting
acquainted with the whole environment. I might have several questions
later, but my first is:

 

Is there a way to post news on pages other than the home page? Can't
find this option, unless there is a work-around somehow.
