I'll probably start slow, so the manual process will be OK. Could you provide more details on moving the membershipGroup from the site table to the members.root? Do I copy the site's membershipGroup, paste it in the members.root then rename the pasted table with the "siteMember" nomenclature?

If a site's managing editor needs to add/delete editors would they still be able to do that themselves? i.e. could they manage their editors in the Prefs>Editorial page?
