Another request we have for some additional power in settings for initial site setups.

The Editors Only message - could that be driven from a page/field in server settings somewhere ..

e.g. to allow a message such as

"This site is currently under construction, please come back soon

Editors can log in here"

. or whatever else might be prefered by the system administrator.
