Not that I'm aware of. You could write a script which loops over the myManilaSite.#membershipGroup.users table, but I usually just display the /members /stats page <http://www.mysite.com/stats/members?s=1&c=999.>, save the page source and extract the emails with grep in a text editor. Messy, but it works.
