You should be able to use these scripts:

manilaSuite.news.isNewsItem
manilaSuite.discuss.isPicture

There isn't a built-in script currently to identify a comment. You can find some context from the comments page script:

manilaSuite.radioHosting.commentsPage

And possibly the data table for comments. eg.

homeManilaWebsite.["#newsSite"].radioHosting.comments.users
