Sorry to use the forum for this, but I have tried to contact customer services and lawrence via email using all the email addresses possible, with no response - I am wondering if I am considered to be junk!

I note that our site only has 5mb storage for files, and wish to increase this. We pay for 100mb but I did not realise the 'gems' folder was still restricted to 5mb.
