I don't know what it is about the referers table, I guess it's because referers can be any damned thing. I get this on one of my installations that I maintain, but not on others. It's periodic, maybe once every two months or so. I think I'll write a scheduler script to jettison this table once a month. Maybe this will prevent the occasional problems.

You should delete the whole referers table.

Run a quick script with this:
table.jettison (@config.manila.stats.referers)
