You will probably want to use the domain name instead of the 192.168.1.xxx address.

Then once you set it to:

http://www.myhomewebsitename.com/manila/gems/

Go to the Domains settings page and add a new entry.

eg.

Domain: www.myhomewebsitename.com
Path: /manila/gems/
Object: is the file path to that directory, you should see a similar entry that already exists on your Domains page (from the screenshots you sent me). C:\\Program Files\\UserLand Frontier\\...
