Mail this Story macro customization

It's currently not customizable through a template, but you can modify the
strings in the script itself. Just keep a backup of your changes in case an
update is released.

Can the text that the mailstory macro includes in the email that is sent out
be customized, either on a server-wide basis or site by site?  
For instance, I'd like to delete the reference to the author of the page and
tidy up the "claimed to be" language.
