My server has died.

How do I go about reinstalling Manila in the state that it was before the failure so that all my sites are as they were?

Is it simply a case of copying and pasting the Userland Frontier folder in Program Files from my most recent back-up on an external HDD onto the new HDD?

Prompt responses would be very much appreciated!
