I believe the td tag defaults to "valign=middle" in some (maybe all)
browsers. Set the td valign on that main section to valign="top" and
that may solve the problem You can test this by adding a couple of
paragraphs of dummy text to the bottom of the main content area of
that page and see if it bumps the top up.
