where to define headerColor and headerTextColor for Discussion Groups?

I'm looking at the Discussion Group templates.

There are a couple of macros having to do with defining the appearance of 
the Discussion Group:

{headerColor}
{headerTextColor} 

Those are used in three of the major template areas on the Prefs - 
Discussion Group page--

--Chronological List Appearance
--Topic List Appearance
--Topic Appearance

Where can I change/define those colors in one swell foop?

I tried Prefs - Appearance and set up color choices for the MembersBox 
and the Admin Box, but changing those didn't affect the appearance of my 
discussion lists.
