You can use table.jettison to get rid of the object (it will delete it from the database, so that data will be lost)

If you choose Main->Quick Script:

table.jettison (@testManilaWebsite.["#discussionGroup"].messages.["0002180"].body)

(Replace with your Manila site table name)

Then click the Run button.

And then retry doing the Save a Copy.
