No, after upgrading to 9.5 that box completely disappeared. I had my edit this page button, but nothing else.

It could be a simple hiccup with the manilaFixer plug-in.

So the relative path option *should* normally be there for all stories? If so, cool. Sorry about the rant - was having a bad day... :)
